What is M.O.M.?
Mobile M.O.M. is a unique program that comes to your school to help the students learn resilience tools, develop mindfulness and breathing techniques, and practice yoga. Research shows that mindfulness and yoga have benefited children in a variety of ways:
*Increases attention, self-control, classroom participation, and compassion.
*Improves academic performance.
*Provides tools to resolve conflict.
*Enhances overall well-being.
*Decreases levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and disruptive behavior.
Groups Served:
*Students (Preschool-12th Grade)
*Teachers/Staff
*Athletes/Intramural Teams
*Clubs (Student Council, Leadership, etc)
*Services to be negotiated with your school's budget

Yoga classes
Classroom chair yoga or large room yoga on mats
(not provided) will be offered for 30-45 minutes depending on the age/grade level. Yoga improves balance, flexibility and strength. It also helps children manage stress, build concentration, and increase confidence.
